Wellbeing Week 2018 continued on the strong tradition of this much-loved College event with activities for students and staff to help people focus on their wellbeing.
The week-long series of events and initiatives are aimed at highlighting the importance of cultivating positive mental and physical health and wellbeing.
This year students got involved in a number of new activities and old favourites including an acoustic singalong, Zumba, Tote Bag Making, an active session with GWS Giants and a Staff VS Students Newcomb Ball Match!
Inaugurated in 2015, Wellbeing Week has fast become a favourite week in the OLMC calendar, with the College grounds transformed into a colourful and lively hub of activity with a positive vibe.
