Year 9 Marine Studies | Snorkelling at Shelly Beach

Year 9 Marine Studies | Snorkelling at Shelly Beach

Despite the wet weather, our Year 9 Marine Studies students headed out to Shelly Beach, Manly, for their first snorkelling experience in natural conditions.

Students spotted stingrays, blue gropers, Port Jackson sharks, dolphins, and a wide variety of fish — a great introduction to exploring marine life in the wild.

A big thank you to our amazing snorkel instructors from Ecotreasures for guiding the experience, and to Miss Camilleri and Mrs Montgomery for joining the students in the water.
