Year 9 Food Technology | Food Selection & Health

Our Year 9 Food Technology students have been busy exploring the importance of food selection and health. As part of their studies, they recently put their skills to the test by making delicious vegetarian rice paper rolls. This practical lesson allowed students to experiment with fresh ingredients, develop their knife skills, and understand the benefits of nutrient-rich meals. Well done to all our budding chefs for creating such vibrant and healthy dishes!
